We charge Meta's per-conversation price plus a small markup. If the wallet runs dry, customers can still earn points; only outgoing messages pause until you top up.

How is this different from a punch card or a points app?
Punch cards get lost. Points apps need installs and updates. Wallue uses something your customer already has — WhatsApp — so they're enrolled in seconds and never forget their card.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. WhatsApp is the entire customer experience. They scan a QR code at the counter, send one message, and they're a member.
What does the staff see?
A single screen with the customer's name, tier, wallet balance, and a field to enter the bill. No member list to browse, no settings to misconfigure.
Can I run multiple outlets on one account?
Yes. One HQ account manages every outlet. You decide whether members can spend their wallet across all outlets or only at the one where they earned it.
What happens if a customer disputes a transaction?
Every transaction is timestamped with the staff ID who entered it. You can search the full audit log from the dashboard at any time.
What does it cost to send a WhatsApp message?
Each conversation costs Meta's base rate (a few cents) plus a small markup. You top up a credit wallet from the dashboard and watch it draw down as messages go out.
How long does setup take?
